Angel Soto Torres is wanted for the homicide of a former friend, 23-year-old Anthony Lindsay, a father of three young children. Authorities say that Torres and Lindsay got into an argument in the parking lot of an apartment complex. Torres then allegedly shot Lindsay to death. Torres has ties to San Diego County and Mexico.
