Summary:
Santiago Villa Paredes is wanted for the homicide of his estranged wife, 25-year-old Gracie Lopez Paredes. Authorities say that Santiago entered Gracie’s home, violating a restraining order. Santiago then allegedly strangled Gracie to death with an electrical cord. Santiago was last seen giving his son to a woman to give to his relatives. Santiago has ties throughout California as well as Mexico.
