Summary:
Christian Cobello is wanted for the homicides of 19-year-olds Quintrial Armstrong and Roy Brown.
Vital Statistics
Circumstances of Offense:
Christian allegedly shot both Quintrial and Roy to death during a drug deal. Christian’s fingerprints were found on a bag of marijuana located in a vehicle that belonged to one of the victims. A Crime Stoppers tip led to a First Degree Murder warrant being issued for Christian’s arrest. An extensive manhunt was launched which failed to locate Christian. In 2009, PACER records mention the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office and the District Attorney’s office requested the assistance of the FBI to locate him. A credible confidential informant stated that Christian was in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico but made trips to the US to work as a seasonal farm worker. The FBI then issued a federal warrant for Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution (UFAP). It should be noted that Christian is from New Mexico. In 2011, authorities released the photos of two men whom they were trying to locate. Authorities believed the men had information about the double homicide. No updates were provided regarding the two persons of interest. As of this posting, Christian still has an active First Degree Murder warrant in Oklahoma County’s warrant database. Oklahoma’s court records database confirms no case updates except for administrative reassignments. The UFAP case was dismissed without prejudice (meaning it can be reissued) in July 2025 because of the age of the case and limited government resources. I have concluded that all investigative leads in this case appear to have been exhausted.
Additional Details:
Anyone with information on Christian’s whereabouts should contact Oklahoma City Crime Stoppers at (405) 235-7300. Christian should be considered extremely dangerous. Please consider sharing this so that the families of Quintrial and Roy can get justice and answers in their loved one’s cases. As with similar cases, Quintrial and Roy did not deserve to be murdered because their homicides were linked to drugs.
