Circumstances of Offense:
Authorities say that Valentin was at Jonathan’s residence when an altercation erupted between Valentin and Jonathan along with Gino. That is when Valentin allegedly shot both Jonathan and Gino to death. Valentin fled the scene with his brother. It is believed that Valentin fled to either California or Mexico. The US Marshals issued a federal UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) warrant for Valentin’s arrest. As of this posting, Valentin’s Second Degree Murder case in Maricopa County’s court records database has no disposition and filings since 2005. This confirms that he is still wanted on his state charges. The UFAP warrant is also still active.
