Additional Details:
Lonnie was described as having long hair on the sides with balding on top. He had identifying characteristics including a scar 3-4 inches across the base of his neck, missing two teeth on the upper right side, missing two bottom front teeth, and missing one upper front tooth. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a red Kansas City jersey shirt (size large), white pants, athletic shoes, socks, and a ballcap with Kansas City Chiefs on it. He was carrying a red and white ice chest and blue luggage.
