Additional Details:
Louise was born in Leeds in 1987. She was the middle of three children born to a criminal father who was frequently in and out of prison. The father would beat the mother, so she walked out on the family. Louise frequently ran away from home to try and find her mother. Her frequent running away led to her being taken into foster care. A year afterwards, her brother and sister were also taken into foster care, but the siblings were separated. At 18, Louise left the foster care system and bought her flat in London. Louise Tume had not made contact with her family for more than a year when she called her sister out of the blue in 2006. "Becky - it's me - I'm okay," she said before the line went dead. After the line went dead, Rebecca's foster parents sat her down to explain that Louise had been reported missing a year earlier. Rebecca had not been told as she was sitting her GCSEs at the time. After speaking to the authorities, Rebecca was given a suitcase containing Louise's belongings after she disappeared. In it was a letter from a Lee James. The letter was addressed to Louise and had been sent from HMP Wormwood Scrubs in West London. "I hope you are doing well and that you are staying away from London... I do not want you having anything to do with your old way of life," the letter read.
