Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Disappearance:

Austin Eugene Bryant and his biological brother, Edward Dylan Bryant, were last seen in Monument, CO possibly at their foster home address of 18060 Granite Circle. In 2011, both boys were reported missing. Subsequent interviews with their foster parents, Edward and Linda Bryant, revealed that the two reportedly ran away. Edward disappeared in 2000 and Austin in 2005. However, their foster parents did not notify authorities of this and continued receiving state benefits for both children. Other foster children of the Bryants provided information regarding abuse and neglect and abuse by the Bryants. If the claim of the boys running away was true, Edward would have been 9 and Austin would have been 8 at the time of their disappearance. No remains consistent with these missing children have been recovered and there has been no evidence located that indicates they are still alive. Both boys were classified as "special needs" and both are still officially missing persons. Austin is listed in NamUs under case #MP11214 and Edward is listed under case #11213.
