Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities allege that Leandro stabbed Sonia outside her friend’s apartment. There had been a history of domestic violence and Leandro was reportedly jealous of Sonia’s friends. Leandro then went to Sonia’s trailer park and allegedly abducted his three-year old daughter, Danielle. Leandro has ties to Del Rio, Texas and Mexico. Leandro and Danielle have never been located.
