Circumstances of Offense:

Larry Moreno of Chino Hills was stabbed and killed in the Los Serranos area. Around 3:55 p.m., a motorist found Mr. Moreno lying on the side of the road near Los Serranos Boulevard and Valle Vista Drive. The victim was unresponsive and bleeding from his chest. The motorist called 9-1-1 and Mr. Moreno was taken to Chino Valley Medical Center, where he died a short time later. Investigators believe he was stabbed nearby and rode his bicycle until he collapsed in the roadway
