Summary:
On 04-09-2006 two Hispanic males entered the business located at 413 Ash St. demanding money from the business owner and her 14-year-old daughter. Suspect 1 told Suspect 2 to shoot the female. The victim, Guillermo Acosta, who was a patron in the store, stepped between the suspect and the female begging them not to shoot the female. Guillermo Acosta was then fatally shot by the suspect.

The suspects are described as two Hispanic male suspects. One of which was described as 5’7’’ to 5’11’’/ Medium Build/ Dark Sunglasses/ Dark Hoodie with design on the front like Flames/ Blue Jeans According to witness one may have been Guatemalan.
