Summary:

Roberto Arredondo and Rafael Duenez are accused of murdering 30-year old Gary Wayne Zachary. Roberto and Rafael reportedly entered a home that was used to manufacture and sell narcotics and demanded money. A struggle ensued and both Gary and Roberto were shot. Tragically, Gary died from his gunshot wounds. Roberto was treated for his injuries at a hospital and a witness statement was taken. Before he could be charged, Roberto left the hospital with an IV still in his arm and went on the run.

As of this posting, Harris County’s court records database confirms that Roberto and Rafael have active capital murder warrants. Roberto was born in Texas. Considering how long he has remained a fugitive, he has probably fled the U.S.
