Summary:
Rafael Duenez and Roberto Arredondo are accused of murdering 30-year old Gary Wayne Zachary. Rafael and Roberto reportedly entered a home that was used to manufacture and sell narcotics and demanded money. A struggle ensued and both Gary and Roberto were shot. Tragically, Gary died from his gunshot wounds. Both Rafael and Roberto went on the run, and Rafael most likely fled to his native country of Mexico.
