Cesar Baldobenos is wanted for the homicide of 21-year-old Jessica Montalvo. Authorities allege that Baldobenos beat and stabbed Montalvo to death in her motel room. A large amount of blood was found throughout the motel room. A bloody fingerprint linked Baldobenos to the crime. Tragically, Montalvo’s four-year-old son witnessed his mother’s brutal homicide.
