Summary:
Juan Miguel Mercado is wanted for the capital murder of 19-year-old Marcela Luciano. Luciano and Mercado’s estranged wife were in a lesbian relationship. Mercado showed up outside his wife’s apartment and left a threatening message on his wife’s cellphone, demanding that Luciano come outside. They went to hide inside a closet as Mercado broke in by shooting the sliding patio door. Mercado found Luciano, forced her out of the closet and allegedly shot her up to 11 times.
