Summary:
Miguel Soria is wanted for the capital murders of his co-workers, 28-year-old Mario Rico and 27-year-old Jorge Rangel. Soria showed up to work late while visibly intoxicated and confronted Rico and Rangel. Soria then pulled out a gun and allegedly shot both men to death. Soria has ties to Austin, Texas and Mexico.
