Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities allege that James was driving while under the influence. James then allegedly lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree. James sustained minor injuries but Mark tragically was killed as a result of the impact. In 2009, a Failure To Appear warrant for DUI Manslaughter was issued for James’s arrest. James is also wanted for violating his probation on a charge of living off the proceeds of prostitution. As of this posting, James’s warrants are still active in Florida’s statewide warrants database. He was last known to be in Texas but may have fled to Mexico.

Additional Details:

Anyone with information on James’s whereabouts should contact Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers (to qualify for the potential reward) at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477). James should be considered very dangerous. Please consider sharing this so that Mark’s family can get justice and answers in their loved one’s case.
