Alfredo Martinez is wanted for the homicide of 22-year-old Dario Garcia. Garcia and his friends were at a party but left on their bicycles after shots were fired. Authorities allege that Martinez went after them in his pickup truck, trying to run them off the road. Martinez allegedly struck Garcia’s bike, dragging him underneath the truck and killing him. The motive was believed to be a case of mistaken identity.
