Summary:
Carlos Catalan is wanted for the vehicular homicides of 18-year-old Joshua Spears and 19-year-old Ryan Zelman. Authorities allege that Catalan was driving his pickup truck at nearly 90 mph when he struck a BMW. The BMW lost control and struck a light pole. Tragically, both Spears and Zelman were killed while a third person was seriously injured. The pickup truck briefly stopped after the collision but fled the scene. Catalan may have fled to Mexico.
