Anthony Gonzales is wanted for the homicide of 21-year-old Danny Villarreal and for shooting and wounding three young children, ages one, two and five.

Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities say that a high-ranking prison gang member ordered Danny to be shot. This was regarding an incident with Danny’s brother. Several people exeted their vehicles outside Danny’s home. Anthony was allegedly a part of this group. The suspects then fired more than 80 gunshots into Danny’s home using four different types of firearms. Danny was tragically killed from the hail of gunfire and the three young children who were inside the home were wounded. Eight of Anthony’s co-defendants have been convicted for their involvement in this horrific crime, either through plea deals or jury trials. Anthony is the only defendant who has not been arrested and prosecuted for his alleged involvement. As of this posting, Anthony is still on the Texas Department Of Public Safety’s website under the “still wanted” section of their most wanted website.
