Summary:
Julian Balderas Gallardo and Adan Perales are wanted for their alleged involvement in the capital murder of 36-year-old Jose Guadalupe Garcia. Garcia was offered a promotion in his prison gang but declined it because he wanted out. After his fellow gang members threatened him by phone, they kidnapped Garcia from his home. Garcia was shot to death and mutilated so that only the upper half of his body was found. At the time, the suspects also stabbed another man several times in the head.
