Aaron Morales is wanted for the homicide of 15-year-old Eric Tongvanh. Morales allegedly shot Tongvanh in the face near a park. The shooting is believed to have been gang related, but Tongvanh was not a gang member. Morales is believed to be somewhere in Mexico.
