Authorities say that Daniel was at his girlfriend’s residence when he was confronted by several attendees from a nearby party. That is when Federico allegedly shot Daniel to death.

As of 2016, there was a combined $10,000 reward being offered by San Diego County Crime Stoppers and the family of Daniel Alexander.
