Summary:
On 06-15-2009, officers responded to a shooting call at 603 E. Northfield Blvd. Upon arrival, Cedrick Herbert, 23, was discovered in the bedroom face down with a hoodie tied loosely around his legs. Cedric had been shot several times with a semi-automatic handgun. Cedrick’s girlfriend had left the apartment to take her son to daycare at 08:30 a.m. When she returned, she found someone had forced entry into her apartment and murdered Cedrick.
