On Wednesday, August 26, 2009, at 11:56 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to the 222 North Simpson Street and found David Flowers lying on the floor in the first floor living/dining room area. David was suffering from trauma to his head. Medical personnel responded, but David did not survive.
