Antonio Diaz-Garcia is wanted for the homicide of 67-year-old Aaron Ortiz and for the attempted homicide of Aaron’s 42-year-old son.

Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities say that Antonio, Aaron and Aaron’s son were at a Christmas party when one of the victims made a toast that Antonio felt was offensive. Antonio then allegedly shot both Aaron and his son, killing Aaron. Antonio’s firearm would later be found at a chicken farm. Ballistics evidence confirmed it was the weapon used in the homicide. Antonio has ties to Arkansas, Oklahoma and Mexico. As of this posting, Antonio has an active murder warrant in Sebastian County’s warrants directory.
