Summary:
On 07-02-10, officers responded to 220 First Avenue in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, officers located a male later identified as Joshua McKenzie deceased in the driver’s seat of the vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound. It appears as if the victim had been shot at a separate location before his vehicle came to a rest at 220 First Ave.
