Circumstances of Offense:
Authorities allege that Juan and his accomplices broke into Joshua’s home with the intent to burglarize it. Joshua was tied up and shot once in the leg and then shot three times in the back. Joshua was then shot once in the neck, killing him. Juan is wanted for his alleged involvement in this crime. At the time, authorities identified Juan’s suspected accomplices by the nicknames of TLC, Mickey and Tela. It is not clear if the accomplices have ever been charged. Juan is also wanted for parole violation.

As of this posting, Harris County’s court records database confirms that Juan has an active warrant and is not in custody.
