Summary:
Selvin Omar Lopez is wanted for the homicide of 15-year-old Joseph Vasquez, who had recently become a father. Joseph and his brother were outside an apartment complex when they tried to talk to a girl. Selvin also tried talking to the girl and the three men had a conversation. The small talk turned into teasing and Selvin left angry and fuming. He came back with a gun and allegedly shot Joseph eight times and also shot and wounded his brother. Lopez has ties to Mexico and Honduras.
