Hugo Navarro-Alviso was 29-years-old when a suspect, later identified as Amilkar Antonio Caro shot him outside of his home in the 700 block of Adams Street on February 4, 2010. The Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office issued an arrest warrant for First Degree Murder for Caro. Caro may have fled to Mexico, but his current whereabouts are unknown.
