Pedro Morones-Verdin is wanted for the homicide of 20-year old David Pettis. David lived with Pedro and sold drugs for him. Authorities say that they got into a dispute and that Pedro allegedly shot David to death. David's body was dumped on the side of a road, bound and wrapped in several garbage bags. Public PACER records mention that Pedro may have fled to Nayarit, Mexico.
