Summary:
Pedro Vasquez-Garcia is wanted for the homicide of his cousin, Isidro Garcia-Reyes. Isidro and his son went to an apartment where Pedro confronted them. Pedro allegedly slashed Isidro’s throat and Isidro tried to flee for his life. Pedro caught up to Isidro and allegedly stabbed him to death. Pedro was driven to Laredo, Texas and then fled to Mexico.

Before the crime, Pedro was at the birthday party for Isidro’s son. Pedro was drinking and misbehaving and Isidro called the police to arrest him. Pedro then constantly harassed Isidro which led to Isidro’s homicide. As of this posting, Pedro has an active homicide warrant in Florida’s statewide warrants database.
