Authorities say that Jason got into an argument with the victims inside a nightclub. The argument spilled into the parking lot, and Jason allegedly shot all three young men. Joe tragically died from his injuries. Jason would be arrested but quickly posted bail and became a fugitive. Jason is a US citizen but any potential whereabouts have not been publicized. As of this posting, Harris County’s court records database shows Jason as having an active murder warrant and not being in custody.
