Summary:
Eric Contreras is wanted for the homicide of 21-year-old Victor Zaldivar. Victor was at a private birthday party when Eric and his fellow “Playboyz” gang members (who are part of the Surenos) crashed the party. Eric felt disrespected when Victor refused to buy him a beer. As Victor was leaving the party, Eric pushed Victor and they fought. Eric wrestled Victor to the ground and allegedly shot the young father to death.

As of this posting, Pierce County’s court records database shows that Eric’s murder case has no disposition and no filings and proceedings since 2013. Eric is also one of Crime Stoppers Of Tacoma/Pierce County’s most wanted fugitives. Judging by the amount of time Eric has been a fugitive, I believe he has likely fled the U.S.
