Vital Statistics
Circumstances of Offense:
Authorities say that Jose and his co-defendant Frank Marinero, created a fake Facebook page to confront Bryan about a girl. Once they lured Bryan to a park, they shot Bryan to death. Frank was convicted of Bryan’s homicide and was sentenced to 99 years. Jose pleaded guilty but cut off his ankle monitor and fled the country prior to sentencing. As of this posting, Jose has an active murder warrant in Harris County’s court records database and is not in custody. Jose is presumably hiding in his native country of Mexico.
Additional Details:
Anyone with information on Jose’s whereabouts should contact Crime Stoppers Of Houston at 713-222-TIPS (8477). Jose should be considered extremely dangerous. Please consider sharing this so that Bryan’s family can get justice and answers in their loved one’s case.
