Authorities allege that Gustavo shot Rosalba to death in their residence. The motive was an argument over money. Gustavo’s fingerprint was found on a piece of evidence at the crime scene. Tragically, one of Rosalba’s two children would discover their mother’s body. Gustavo then fled to Mexico where he called his current girlfriend. He reportedly confessed to allegedly killing Rosalba and wanted her to monitor the news. As of this posting, Gustavo’s murder case in Oklahoma’s court records database has no docket entries, accept for administrative reassignments since the warrant was issued. The case is also not closed, confirming that Gustavo is unfortunately still at large.
