Orlando Cartaya-Feria is wanted for the homicide of his ex-girlfriend, 40-year old Yanetsy Pastrana. Authorities say that Orlando forced his way inside Yanetsy’s home after her friend answered the door. Orlando then grabbed Yanetsy by her hair and allegedly shot her to death.
