On Sunday, September 27, 2015, around 2:20 p.m., Elijah Galbreath was walking along 103rd Street near Grape in Watts, CA. A light-colored sedan pulled up, and a person exited the car, walked up behind Galbreath, and shot him 12 times before driving away.
