Jacquelyn Pierre is wanted for the homicide of an acquaintance, 29-year-old Marc Barreau. Authorities say that they got into an argument outside Jacquelyn’s apartment. Jacquelyn allegedly shot Marc to death while the victim was unarmed and posed no threat to Jacquelyn. Jacquelyn has ties to the Little Haiti area of Miami as well as his native country of Haiti.
