Sai Hoang Le is wanted for the homicide of 22-year-old Alexander Thach Nguyen. Authorities say that a fight broke out at a bar and Sai allegedly shot Alexander to death. A second victim was shot and wounded. Sai’s co-defendant was arrested after returning to the U.S. from Vietnam. Sai may have also fled to Vietnam.
