Authorities say that Ricardo showed up an apartment and attempted to kidnap his ex-girlfriend. When she resisted, he allegedly shot her in the head. The woman was rushed to a hospital where her baby was delivered. Both the mother and her child survived the assault. The woman had a restraining order against Ricardo but it had recently expired. As of this posting, Ricardo’s attempted murder case in San Mateo County’s court records database is in active status with no filings since 2016. This confirms that he is still at large. Ricardo has ties to the California communities of Brisbane, Lodi and Burson. He also has ties to Las Vegas, Nevada.
