Summary:
On July 15, 2016, officers responded to a 911 call about a subject laying across a rock bleeding, near 1208 E. Northfield Blvd. (Marco’s Pizza). Upon arrival, officers discovered Fausto Hernandez suffering from a gunshot wound to his torso. Fausto informed officers that a black male shot him; however, no additional description was available. Fausto died during surgery at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.
