Summary:
Transito Villalobos is wanted for the capital murder of Miguel Picon. Transito and Miguel planned to meet up in a parking lot to conduct a drug deal. Miguel was waiting with his girlfriend in a car when Transito allegedly pointed a gun at Miguel’s head and demanded money. Transito then allegedly shot Miguel in the head and fled. Authorities have not mentioned where Transito may have fled to.
