Summary:
Authorities say that Blackwell sexually assaulted a young girl on multiple occasions. He was found guilty of indecent assault on a child, unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of minors. Blackwell was released on bail and unsurprisingly fled prior to his sentencing hearing. He was last seen in the Greater Harrisburg Area as recently as February of 2020.
