Summary:
Armani suddenly disappeared in 2017 and his remains were discovered after several weeks. Prior to Armani's disappearance, he had suffered multiple incidents of targeted violence. Despite Armani's cause of death currently listed as "undetermined", Armani's death has been investigated as a homicide from the outset.

After 7 weeks of being reported as missing, Armani's skull and another skeletal remain were discovered alongside and in the middle of a residential street in Dallas, less than a mile from his residence. Armani identified as a gay male who sometimes dressed in female clothing. Armani's same-sex partner at the time of his disappearance, along with two other perpetrators, were reported to have assaulted Armani in the weeks leading up to his death. Starting on May 22, 2017, Armani was physically assaulted by one perpetrator, who in the following week on May 30, 2017, placed harassing calls to Armani trying to lure him outside his residence. The following day, May 31, 2017, Armani was shot at while inside his residence and physically assaulted outside his front door. A video of this incident was captured and provided to police. The perpetrator boasted about this via Facebook. Three days later, June 3, 2017, Armani was assaulted again and suddenly went missing.
Additional Details:
Three perpetrators took part in targeted violence against Armani. One suspect was shot and killed in November 2019, one is in prison on unrelated assault charges, and a 3rd suspect is at large.
