Tuesday Night May 09, Derrick "Chop" Ratcliff had spent time hanging with his family. He departed his twin sister's condo along with a good friend of his, Larry Benford. When his twin sister asked him "where he was headed" he stated "home". However, Per phone tracking, Detective Crider, states: "He did not go directly home. His phone pinged in several locations from the time he left his sisters home and arrived at his home.
