Circumstances of Offense:
Harlon had been living with his grandparents, although they did not get along well. Authorities allege that Harlon murdered the couple in a horrific way since blood stained clothes and a blood trail were found at the home. Harlon then allegedly dumped the bodies in a culvert off Interstate 40 in McIntosh County. Harlon’s last publicized sighting was in San Francisco, California in January of 2018. Harlon was last known to have contacted his family in November of 2018. As of this posting, Harlon has an active 1st Degree Murder warrant in Oklahoma County’s warrants directory. Oklahoma’s court records database confirms there have been no case filings since a warrant was issued for Harlon’s arrest.
