On the night before Evian’s homicide, Evin and Michael got into a fight to settle their differences. It appeared that the issues between the two men had been dealt with. Evin was last seen getting into Michael’s vehicle the following day. Authorities allege that Michael stabbed Evin approximately 30 times, causing the man’s death. As of this posting, Maricopa County’s court records database shows no disposition for Michael’s murder case and no filings since 2017. This unfortunately confirms that Michael is still a fugitive.
