Summary:

Randy Terry is wanted for the homicide of his ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend, Timothy Niedo.

Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Offense:

Prior to the homicide, Randy had allegedly threatened his ex-girlfriend regarding her relationship with Timothy. Authorities say that Randy fired gunshots while at an apartment complex and Timothy tried to run away. Timothy fell into a pile of bushes and Randy allegedly shot Timothy to death as he was standing over the victim. As of this posting, Randy has an active first degree murder warrant in Oklahoma County warrants database. Oklahoma’s court records database shows no filings after 2017 except for an administrative reassignment. This confirms that Randy is unfortunately still at large.

Additional Details:

Anyone with information on Randy’s whereabouts should contact Oklahoma City Crime Stoppers at (405) 235-7300. Randy should be considered very dangerous. Please consider sharing this so that Timothy’s family can get justice and answers in their loved one’s case.
