Summary:

Kevin Waguespack murdered his girlfriend Catherine Dyer in November of 2015. He fled to Mississippi after calling 911 and confessing that he had killed her. After a brief standoff he was extradited back to Texas. He bonded out on a 250k bond and was placed on an ankle monitor. Several months before the trial in 2017 his attorney petitioned the court to have his GPS ankle monitor removed. The judge agreed. The last time anyone has seen or heard from him was April of 2017.

The fugitive case is assigned to the United States Marshal Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in the Western District of Texas. Kevin has ties to Mississippi, Louisiana and the Texas communities of Houston and Katy. It is believed that he may currently be homeless. If he is working then he may be doing roofing, construction or another form of manual labour.
