Summary:

Abraham Perez Romero is wanted for the homicide of his stepdaughter, 19-year-old Wendy Vargas. Abraham was believed to have been romantically involved with Wendy, starting when she was a teenaged minor. When this was revealed to Wendy’s mother, she kicked Abraham out of her home. Wendy went with Abraham but the two returned to her mother’s home on occasion, including the day of her murder. Abraham allegedly murdered Wendy with a cellphone charging cord. He was last known to be in Mexico.
